He is survived by: his wife Wanda Woods (Langley) of London; his children, Richard Woods of Edinboro, Stephen Ball of Erie, Patrick Sweet of London, Kentucky, Sherry Hicks of London, Kentucky, Toni Jackson of London, Kentucky and Stacy Savage of London, Kentucky; and his siblings, Gerald P. Woods of Edinboro, Pennsylvania. and Janet Woods of Edinboro, Pennsylvania.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
