He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Joseph Moshier and Diana Mae Flint Moshier. He is survived by: his wife Christal L. Jacobs Moshier of Lily, Kentucky; his daughter Skye Moshier Chesnut (Jamie) of London, Kentucky; and his sister Dawn Winiarski (John) of Maricopa, Arizona.
