She is survived by: her husband Spencer Leake; her father Larry Douglas Morgan; her children, Kelsey Shyanne Smith (Daulton) of London, KY, Spencer Dalton Leake of London, KY and Ashley Lashae Robinson of London, KY; her siblings, James Morgan of London, KY and Michael Morgan (Sherry) of London, KY; and her grandchild Kitana June Taylor.
