She is survived by: her children, Chrystal Tyree (Willard) of London, Kentucky., Gilbert Dale Smith (Judy) of London, Kentucky., Carl Thomas Smith of London, Kentucky. and Jenny Sargent of London, Kentucky.; and her sisters, Shirley Bohannan of Indiana, Nancy Edwards of Indiana and Janet Edwards of Indiana. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
