He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Asher and Alice Asher (Brummett); his siblings, Cecil Asher, Rufus Asher, Harvey Asher, Earl Asher, Paul Asher, Douglas Asher, Wilkerson Asher, Foister Asher, Haley Asher and Hozal Asher; his father-in-law Baxter Hubbard; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Taylor, LeRoy Guerra, Mark Hubbard and Tina Hubbard.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Asher (Hubbard); his son Alan (Shannon Hubbard); his granddaughter Abigail Hubbard of London Kentucky; and his siblings, Mitchell Asher, Roscoe (Arlene Asher), David (Donna Asher), Edna Guerra of Louisiana, Hazel Taylor and Rosie (Tom Davison). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, plus a host of other relatives and many friends.
