She is survived by: her children, Tony Hale of London, Kentucky., Jerry Swartz of London, Kentucky. and Terry Swartz (Tracy) of London, Kentucky.; her brother Dean Hale (Mildred); and her grandchildren, Crissy Williams (Chris), Miranda Hale Philpot, Ashley Hale Brock, Bradley Swartz and Benjamin Swartz (Sylissa). She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
