She is survived by: her children, Ricky Proffitt (Jitanna) of London, Melissa Worley (Leland) of Corbin and Connie Jo Helton (Tim) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; and her siblings, Oscar Cochran of East Bernstadt and Janice Whitaker of London. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
