She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Spurlock, Sr.; her parents, Emery Johnson and Eva Johnson (Sizemore); her siblings, Ruth Johnson and Ray Johnson; and her stepfather Raymond Smith.

She is survived by: her sons, Ralph Danny Spurlock of London and Everett Spurlock, Jr. (Aline) of Maryville, Tennessee; her siblings, Owen Johnson of Hyden, Randall Johnson of Hyden, John S. Johnson of West Liberty, Vada Hornsby of Hazard and Anita Smallwood of London, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Brandon Wayne Spurlock, Allison Anne Spurlock, Allen Lewis, Dustin Johnson, Owen Lewis and Easton Lewis.
