She is survived by: her aunt Eunice Cochran of Chicago, IL; her nieces and nephews, Patricia, Billy Duty of Hurley, VA, Anita Slone of Hurley, VA, Randy Adkins of Grundy, VA, Dorothy and Bob Provo of Wisconsin; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie, Tyler, Jase and Presley; and her cousins, Karen Crouch of Chicago and Debi Gilman of Chicago.
