She was predeceased by: her mother Norma Jean Robinson Welch; her siblings, Scotty Robinson and Barbara Hurley; and her grandparents, Bill and Laura Bradley.
She is survived by: her father Darrell Hurley; her siblings, Larry Welch (Rhonda) of East Bernstadt, KY, Wanda Thompson of London, KY and Tammy Whitehead (Devin) of East Bernstadt, KY; her nieces and nephews, John David Welch, Ashley Casteel, Alyssa Hasty, Jessica Thompson, Robbie Harrison, Toby Harrison, Daetan Whitehead and Darrell Thompson; her uncle Harold Robinson; her cousin Barbara Robinson; her close friend Jimmy Napier; and her pets, Apache and Coco.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral arrangements.
