She is survived by: her mother Mary Smith (Truman); her siblings, Larry Smith (Beverly) of Manchester, Penny Wolfe (Marty) of Manchester, Angela Smith of Manchester and Teresa Neal (Phil) of Somerset Kentucky; her nieces and nephews, Ashley Smith, Jessica Smith, Madison Botkins, John Botkins, Wesley Smith and Kris Smith; her close friend Doug Harless; and her friends, Donnie and Beverly Gray. She is also survived by her family and friends.
