He was predeceased by: his father Walter McQueen; and his brother Stephen McQueen. He is survived by: his mother Sarah McQueen; his son Gage McQueen of London, KY; his siblings, Michael McQueen of London, KY and Kathy Stines (Robert) of Englewood, FL; his nieces and nephews, Jesse McQueen, Seth McQueen, Patience Hodge, Lucas Stines, Peiton Crawford, Katie Taylor and Bobby Stines; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hazel McQueen, Arlo McQueen, Ellie Hodge, Abby Taylor and Charlie Taylor.
