He is survived by: his wife Ann Watts Mullins; his daughters, Myrtle Ann Mullins Monroe (Michael) of Scottsburg, Tammy Mullins of Louisville and Samantha Mullins of London; his siblings, Kathy Ann Mullins of Bar Wick, Phyllis Mullins of Bar Wick, Farmer Mullins of Paris Crossing, Ed Mullins Jr. of Corbin and Rosalee Bergston of Arizona; his granddaughters, Cora Elizabeth Monroe Amis and Andrea Lynn Monroe; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Blake Perdue, Allyson Paige Perdue, Hayden Kinnley Burton and Jonathan Nash Amis.
