She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Dugger Whelpley; her son-in-law David Bullard Whelpley, Jr. of Charlotte, NC; her grandchildren, Trey Whelpley of Asheville, NC, Austin Whelpley of Austin, TX and Hannah Whelpley of Raleigh, NC; her stepdaughters, Vickie Bryant of Cincinnati, OH, Dee Parran of Morrow, OH and Donna Cheatham of Tallahassee, FL; and her siblings, Bonnie Brown, Virginia Ann Proffitt of London, KY and Harold Wayne Smith of Lily, KY.
