He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Yates and Augusta Victoria McIntosh Yates. He is survived by: his close friend Judy Bowling of East Bernstadt; his daughter Jennifer Rae Yates of Junction City; and his sister Gloria Yates Powell of Perryville.
