She was predeceased by: her children, Sharon Kay Parsley and Teddy Lee Parsley; her parents, Jack Elkins and Lydia Elkins (McKnight); and her siblings, Worley Elkins and Elvin Elkins.

She is survived by: her children, Debra George (Rick) of London, Eddie Parsley of London, Jerry Parsley of London and Betty McKnight (Michael) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; and her sister Clara Sasser of London, Kentucky.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
