She is survived by: her husband Ronald Ray Oakley; her children, Sandy Jean Oakley of London, Kentucky, April Diane "ToTo" Mullins (Stephen) of London, Kentucky and LouAnn "LouLou" Oakley of London, Kentucky; her sisters, Hazel Herbert of Rockcastle County, Kentucky, Bessie Marion of Rockcastle County, Kentucky and Edna Robinson of Rockcastle County, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Destiny, Layla, Jayden, Landon, Brody and Preston; and her great grandchild Vincent.
