He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Helton and Sarah Helton; his wife JoeAnn Helton; and his son Ernie Helton. He is survived by: his children, Ross Helton, Jr., Anthony Todd Helton and Lisa Erickson (Curtis); and his brothers, Charles Helton and George Helton (Charlotte). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
