He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Jean Yocum Hoskins; his parents, Jim Hoskins and Mae Wagers Hoskins; his siblings, Elbert William Hoskins, Wilma Jean York, Alex Ray Hoskins and Martha Ann Inman; and his nephew Cameron Hoskins.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Osborne of Manchester, KY, Joshua Hoskins of London, KY and Rebecca Hoskins (Alivis) of Manchester, KY; his siblings, Margaret McDaniel of London, KY, Dennis Hoskins of Indianapolis, IN and Steve Hoskins (Kathie) of London, KY; his grandchildren, Devin, Avery, Hannah Rayne, Emmalynn, Nevaeh, Jesse and Makayla; his brothers-in-law, John McDaniel Jr. and Brandon Joseph; and his nieces and nephews, Diana, James, Samantha, Chris, Patricia, Dewayne, Elbert, Faith, Alex, Bradley, Olivia, Jayden and Chloe.
