He was predeceased by: his son Brandon Howard; and his parents, Willis Howard and Geraldine Howard. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Shepherd Howard of London; his children, Darrin Howard of London, Kode Howard of Cincinnati and Jessy Howard of California; his stepson Shane Cornett of London; and his siblings, Jeff Howard of Las Vegas and Cindy Howard of Illinois. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
