He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Couch and Lillie Couch (Gipson); and his siblings, Belinda Sue Collins, Billy Ray Couch and Delmar Dean Couch.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Sue Couch (Barger) of London; his daughter Candace Lea Couch of London, Kentucky; and his siblings, Kathern Couch of Tennessee, Melvin Lynn Couch of Manchester, Kentucky. and Floyd Couch Jr. of Manchester, Kentucky..
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the London Funeral Home Chapel (879 S Main St, London, KY 40741). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at the A. R. Dyche Memorial Park Cemetery.
