He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold S. Burnham, Sr. and Irene Burnham (Greene); and his children, Thomas Burnham and Kenneth Burnham. He is survived by: his wife Faye Burnham of London; his children, Kim Boggs (James) of London, Kentucky, Shane Waters of London, Kentucky, Jerry Stillings of London, Kentucky and Larry Stillings of London, Kentucky; and his sibling Beverly Boltas of New Jersey.
