He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lester Parman and Evvie Louise Goforth Parman. He is survived by: his sister Teresa Garland (Carl) of London; his nephew Justin Garland (Ashleigh); his great-niece Harper Vanhook (Garland); and his great-nephews, Hudson Vanhook (Garland) and Jace Carl Garland.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
