He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Clark Jr. and Ella Jean Wells Clark. He is survived by: his sons, Earl Denny Clark of Keavy, Kentucky and Ricky Joe Clark Jr. of Keavy, Kentucky; his siblings, Debbie Sue Hammock of Keavy and Tony Robert Clark of Carrollton, Kentucky; and his close friend Austin Brock of Keavy.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
