He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Middleton and Alice Harris Middleton of London, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Shannon, Jeannie, Bengie, Angelo and Valerie Middleton.
He is survived by: his close friend Ann Chalker; his children, Tonya Hodge (Travis) of London, Kathy Middleton of London and Eddie Hearld of Harlan, Kentucky; his stepsons, Darrel Chalker of Lincolnton, Georgia and Hoover Elmer of London; and his siblings, Conda Griffith of Plant City, Flordia, Violet Duquet (Art) of Novi, Michigan, Cathy Hedrick (Stewart) of Charlotte and Tony Hank Middleton (Nancy) of London. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
The family welcomes donations to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
