It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rick Fields of London, Kentucky, who passed away on July 15, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Fields and Virginia Elza Fields; and his brothers, Edward Fields and Lanny Ray Fields. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mills Fields; his children, Pamela Schneider of Chicago, IL, Russel Fields (Leslie) of East Bernstadt, KY and Mike Swafford (Autumn Young) of Williamsburg, KY; his sister Phyllis Stroup (Michael) of East Bernstadt, KY; his grandchildren, Caelin Noel Hunt (Khristian) and Sidney Swafford; his great grandchild Delilah Hunt; his close friends, Chad Shannon (Big Man) and Ed Hodge; and his mother-in-law Eleanor Mills.
