He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sherman Bentley; his son Phillip Bentley (Louann) of London, KY; his granddaughter Olivia Bentley of Lawrenceburg, KY; and his siblings, Janice Thomas of Corbin, KY, Dennis Ray "Hap" Bentley of London, KY and Dale Bentley of New Orleans, LA.
