It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis (Harrison) Lewis of London, Kentucky, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Billie Lewis; and her mother Lillian Harrison. She is survived by: her son Pastor Jeff Lewis (Renee) of London, Kentucky; her grandsons, Dustin Lewis (Laura) of London, Kentucky. and Tyler Lewis (Nancy) of London, Kentucky.; and her siblings, Ronnie, Bernie, Junie, Kim and Adeline. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.

All families respectfully requests that all visitors wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing recommendations.
