She is survived by: her children, Glenda Johnson of London, Kentucky and Mike Collins of London, Kentucky; her siblings, Addie Courtney of Clarksville and Bill Collins of Marysville, Indiana.; her nephew Curtis "Butch" Collins of Hibernia, Indiana.; her grandchildren, Brandon Collins, Ryan Collins and Nathan Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Kyleah Collins and Ryder Collins.
