She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell Curtis Pennington; and her parents, John F. Mills (Flossie Whirles Stivers) and Hansley Mills. She is survived by: her son Robin Stivers (Debbie) of London; and her grandchildren, Lyndsay Smith (Shane), Hannah Stivers (Kenny Southworth) and Travis Morgan. She is also survived by 6 great-grandsons; and 1 great-great grandson.
