He is survived by: his children, Rita Westerfield of London, Kentucky and Steven Petree of London, Kentucky; his sister Elsie Hubbard of London, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Jamie Westerfield, Tiffany Westerfield-Jones, Ashley Anderson and Jonathan Petree; and his great grandchildren, John Mason Westerfield, Carlee Westerfield, Halee Rae Wagner, Paislee Jones, Blevin Jones, William Pruitt, Emily Pruitt, Cade Anderson, Cruz Anderson, Jonathan Petree Jr., Jett Petree and Adeline Petree.
