He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Cummins and Cleda Cummins of Jellico, TN.; his wife June; his siblings, Bill Cummins, Harold Cummins, June Kinley and Carleen Coker; and his great grandchild David Cole Ritchey.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Cummins (Sharon) of Orange Park, Sharon Wyatt (Mike) of Fleming Island and Patty Fugate (Calvin) of London; his sister Doris Foust (Carl) of Knoxville, TN; his grandchildren, Michael Paul Wyatt, Nicole Ritchey (Terry), Lori Fox (Marcus) and Paula Wolf (Nate); and his great grandchildren, Michael Vaughan Wyatt, Sarah Fox, Emma June Fox, Rhea Wolf, Zane Wolf and Ezra Wolf. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
