He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Collins and Thelma Collins Pressler (Early); his wife Myrtle Collins (George); his stepdaughter Vickie Lynn George; and his brothers, Danny Pressler and George Pressler.

He is survived by: his siblings, Georgia, Teresa George Lovitt of Fairmount and Wendell George of Corbin; his grandchildren, Craig Lee George and Stacey George Vigger; his nephews, Hunter, Fisher Hampton and Brian Pressler; and his niece Samantha Pressler German. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expense.
