She is survived by: her parent Mildred Maxine Moore Spoonamore; her children, Regina Russell, David Stokes of London and Brian Stokes of Lexington; and her brothers, Stephen Martin, Dwight Martin of Nicholasville and Anthony Martin of Lexington.
