She is survived by: her parents, Buford Sonny Salyers of Middletown and Nellie Roark (Lichliter) of London; her daughter Abigail Melissa Ann Collins of London; her sisters, Chelsie Patrick of German and Nichole Salyers of Ohio; and her grandmother Dora Ridge of London, Kentucky..
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expense.
