He is survived by: his parent Leheny Maricela Perez Perez of London, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Jenny of Mexico, Macaria Perez Perez of Mexico and Brian Perez Perez of London.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to Bowling Funeral Home to help offset funeral expenses.
