He is survived by: his parent Cleveland Mills; his wife Celia Mills (Lawson); his sons, Jackie Mils (Mary) of Whites Branch and Danny Mills of Bush; his grandchildren, Cecil Joseph Mills, Matthew Orville Mills, Daniel Preston Mills (Mary Cornett), Jackie Mills, Jr. (Mereckia) and Angela Holly Hicks; and his great grandchild Selina Jacklyn Mills.
