He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Smith and Dorothy Smith Wagers; his daughter Flora Smith; and his brother Clifford Wagers. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Smith; his daughter Melissa Smith of East Bernstadt; and his grandchild Harley Stapleton. He is also survived by four brothers and three sisters.
