She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Baldwin; her parents, Alfred Waldroff and Flora Adams Waldroff; and her children, Anna Louise Garrett and James Walter Baldwin.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Woody Baldwin (Donna), Robert Lee Baldwin (Michelle) and Samuel Keith Baldwin (Pamela); and her brother Joe Waldroff of London, KY. She is also survived by two brothers and one sister.
