He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Thompson and Carolyn Thompson Davidson (Goforth); his brother Calvin Thompson; and his stepbrother Greg Davidson. He is survived by: his son Dalton Kevin Thompson of London, Kentucky.; his siblings, Lisa Johnson (Vince Eversole) of East Bernstadt and Ashley Hurley (Ora) of London, Kentucky.; his stepfather Brent Davidson; his stepsister Julie Davidson of East Bernstadt, Kentucky.; and his grandchild Kaiser Jase Thompson.
