She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Chadwell; and her parents, A. C. Spencer and Siller Hensley Spencer. She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Chadwell Herron; her brother Roger Spencer; her grandchildren, Amanda Hall Wyatt, Jared Hall (Emily) and Kayley Hall Tarmon (Logan); her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Dominic, Cadyn, Trae, Hannah, Hudson and Zechariah; and her friend Faye Higgins.
