He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Ralph and Mary Blevins Rush. He is survived by: his wife Anna Johnson Rush; his daughter Mandy Smith (Daniel) of Morristown; and his grandsons, Matthew Smith (Taylor), Nathan and Ethan Smith.
