She is survived by: her children, Hannah Moore of East Bernstadt, Kentucky and Matthew Moore of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; her parents, Kenny Cox of London, Kentucky and Barbara Cox of London, Kentucky; her siblings, Gayle Spurlock (Doug) of London and Kenny Jay Cox (Cindy) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; her mother-in-law Barbara Moore of East Bernstadt, Kentucky; and her brother-in-law Gary Moore (Jamie) of East Bernstadt, Kentucky.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
