She is survived by: her children, Lionel Dean Medley (Donna Gail) of Lily, Kentucky, Theresa Cotton of Somerset, Kentucky, Elizabeth "Trixie" Williams (John) of Stanford, Kentucky and Willis Black, Jr. of Georgetown.
