He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George and Audrey Mchargue. He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Edward Summers (Donna Gail) of London and Loretta Lynn Tidwell of Barbourville, Kentucky.; his grandmother Daisy Westerfield; his aunt Joann Nunn; his nephew Ricky Spencer; his wife Angela Smith Summers of London, Kentucky.; his daughter Savannah Summers of London, Kentucky.; his grandfather Joseph Westerfield (Peggy) of Pikeville, Kentucky.; his sisters, Elizabeth Spencer (Jeffery) of Barbourville and Kerrigan Fox (Andrew) of Somerset, Kentucky.; and his stepbrother Steven Fields of London. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
