She is survived by: her children, Charles Dennis Bolton, Jr. (Jan) of London, KY, Darryl Bolton (Tonya) of London, KY and Melissa Shively (Jared) of Richmond, KY; her siblings, Juanita Tiller of Hamilton, OH and Tommy Stewart of Hamilton, OH; and her grandchildren, Spencer Bolton, Emily Bolton, Hunter Swanner and Brooklyn Sulfridge.
