He was predeceased by: his parents, James Huey Burns and Lillian Burns (Love); and his siblings, Lonnie Burns, Charles Burns, Millard Burns, Kenneth Burns and Willa Dean Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Tabitha Hacker of London, James Price (Patty) of East Bernstadt and Henrietta Price of Florida; his sister Faye Harris (George) of Manchester, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, James Price, Sarah Price and Brooklyn Johnson.
