She was predeceased by: her spouse O. D. Creech; her parents, William Pennington and Mary Pennington (Turner); and her siblings, Margaret Fields, Opal Banks, Wilma Pennington, William Pennington, Zelphia Pennington, Raleigh Pennington and Thomas Harold Pennington.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn D. Creech (Gail) of Annville, Glenn Owen Creech (Beverly) of Ooltewah and Tammy Pennington (Robbie) of London, Kentucky; her sister Ruby Carefree of Downey, California.; and her grandchildren, Miranda Creech, Josh Creech, Rachel Gilbert, Jessica Davis, Matt Creech, Ashley Brock, Keaton Moberley and Brice Pennington. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
