She was predeceased by: her parents, Shafter Morgan Sr. and Alma Cornett Morgan; her husband Earl Ray Deaton; her son-in-law Michael Pollard; and her siblings, Eugene Morgan, Daymon Morgan, Eula Caldwell, Lester Morgan, Norman Morgan, Clifton Morgan, Patrick Morgan, Hazel Bowling and Shafter Morgan Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Jewell Fugate (Earl Philpot) of London, Elaine Pollard of Hyden and Edna Lewis (Anthony) of Hebron, Kentucky; her siblings, Effie Muncy of Hyden and Carlos Morgan of Hyden; her grandchildren, Brandon Wilson (Leanne), Rebecca Dalrymple (Richard), Blake Kemper (Brooke), Justin Kemper (Heather), Aaron Fugate, Johnny Ray Fugate (Kelsey) and Hannah Fugate; and her great grandchildren, Emily Sizemore, Jordan Dalrymple, Bella Grace, Keira Nicole Wilson, Ezra Cole Wilson, Jaxtyn Kemper, Myles–Ryan Kemper, Waylon Kemper, Grayson Fugate, Cooper Fugate and Tatum Dalrymple. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
