Margaret Amyx Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Amyx of London, Kentucky, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on August 12, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William S. Luttrell and Martha Luttrell (Horn); her husband Jimmy Ray Amyx of London; and her great grandchild Adalynn Grace Jones. She is survived by: her children, Mary Sawyers (Willie) and Chris Amyx of London; her siblings, Callie Hall of London, Jimmy Luttrell of Versailles and Mike Luttrell of Richmond; her grandchildren, Matt Sawyers (Jenni) of Lexington, Amanda Sawyers Jones (John) of Lexington and Lindsay Sawyers Jackson (Brent) of London; and her great grandchildren, Nick, Lily Sawyers, Christian, Ellie Jones, Piper and Luka Jackson. She is also survived by her kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family respectfully asks that all visitors who wish to pay their respects wear a mask in the funeral home and maintain social distancing.
